Keith P. Gatto is the recipient of a PhD in organizational leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology as well as a Master of Education in psychology from Cambridge College. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from Villanova University, and has taught courses and presented executive education lectures on leadership and team building, the psychology of leadership, technology leadership, business ethics, human relations in the workplace, and the psychology of success. In addition, he has conducted research focused on the impact of positive psychology on innovative work behavior. He also serves on the ILPP Industry Advisory Board.
