This 22-session, in-person engineering leadership program is built for rising engineers and technical managers who want to develop strategic decision-making, innovation leadership, and cross-functional influence. Through weekly evening sessions led by UC Berkeley faculty and Silicon Valley industry experts, you’ll learn proven frameworks for driving innovation, leading high-impact projects, and communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders.
Each session features interactive learning, real case studies, networking dinners, and collaborative group projects, creating a structured, high-growth pathway to becoming a confident, effective engineering leader.

Application Process:
Individual applicants please use the "Apply" link to submit applications prior to the deadline. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Group nominations are accepted from corporations and institutions, based on agreement with the SCET Program Director. Please contact Kristina Susac at susac@berkeley.edu should you wish to explore a corporate nomination. Acceptances will be sent, via email, on a rolling basis. Once accepted, participants will receive a welcome email two weeks prior to program start
